DE9xx Programming Cradle
I made an easy-to-use 3D printable programming cup for the DE9xx pager series. The STL for this cup is available here. See the following image for proper connections between the pager and an FT232 breakout board.
The pins I used were 9mm long, 1.5mm diameter pogo pins from Amazon. They were press-fit using a soldering iron to melt them into the holes.
Important note: Programming voltages must be 3.3V. If your FT232 breakout board is 5V only, it will not work and could damage the pager.
